Moving to a new community can be a bit intimidating and scary for some people.  We have noticed that when clients get involved in their new community soon after their move they seem happier than those who wait too long. There are many ways to get involved such as area churches, schools, civic organizations and community events. One of the things that we suggest is helping a local charity. Many non-profits do not have the funds to maintain a staff to handle all the tasks required to keep their organization running. After moving to a new community, you can check with the local chamber of commerce or community foundation to find a list of active charities in the area that need volunteers. Our team at William C. Huff is dedicated to improving our community and the lives of those who call the Naples, Florida area home. We are involved with many humanitarian agencies throughout the Naples area and believe in doing our part to help those who are less fortunate. Some of the organizations that William C. Huff Companies has supported include: Friends of Foster Children Forever, Gulfshore Playhouse, Saint Matthew’s House, Naples Winter Wine Festival (NCEF), Conservancy of Southwest Florida, Community Foundation of Collier County, Miracles in Action, PAWS Assistance Dogs, The Founders Fund of Club Pelican Bay, Rookery Bay Foundation, HELPS Outreach, United Arts Council, Family to Family, and numerous others. When moving to a new community, we encourage you to get involved and learn more about how to give back to your new community.  Moving can be scary and overwhelming at times but, it can also be very rewarding when you make time to help those in need.

William C. Huff Companies is committed to simplifying the complicated maze of moving and storing your priceless possessions. With over 40 full-time, tenured, and highly trained staff, you can be assured that your move will be handled smoothly and professionally, from the first phone call until the last box is unpacked.
